We understand that sometimes items will not fit and a return or exchange may be necessary. Your satisfaction is very important to us. You have 14 days to return for store credit or exchange for something else you love!
***The original tag MUST be attached to the item. If it is not, it will not be accepted for store credit or an exchange.***
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Once 14 days have passed, we will not issue a refund or an exchange.
Online customers: Please email us in advance (email@example.com) to let us know if you'd like to return or exchange an item. Once acknowledged, send returns and exchanges to the address provided in the email.
Items that WILL be accepted for return/exchange:
- Items with the original tag ATTACHED in original form
- Items that have not been worn or washed
- Items without deodorant/makeup stains
- Items that do not have any odor to them (perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.)
Items that WILL NOT be accepted for return/exchange:
- Items without the original tag ATTACHED in original form
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with deodorant/makeup stains
- Items that do have an odor to them (perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.)
- Sale items, shoes, bralettes, activewear (These items are final sale)
*DAMAGED ITEMS must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide pictures of damaged area.*
Once we have received the item, we will review it for store credit or an exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received. If you are approved, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code for your store credit. Your store credit will be the amount you paid minus the exact cost of shipping we paid to send the item(s) to you. Although we cannot hold particular styles and sizes for you, exchanges will be granted if the particular style and size are available; if not, a store refund will be issued.
*Please note that we only accept 5 return items per year per customer. Once those five returns have been reached, we will no longer accept your items.*
